      The adhesive UNIVERSAL INTERFACE attaches directly on to a phone case of your choice. It can also be used on other devices such as speakers, powerbanks, etc. You are able to use any SP Connect™ mount to securely attach your device to bicycles, cars, motorcycles, running armbands, golf trolleys, etc. with its patented twist to lock mechanism.

      Will the Universal Interface (included in the Universal Bundles) stick to my device?

      The 3M adhesive used on the Universal Interface will adhere to many non-porous flat surfaces such as plastic, glass, metal and painted surfaces. We have also achieved good results sticking it to silicone cases. You will need a surface of at least 2.16 x 2.56 inches (55 x 65mm) for the interface to be placed on. Make sure to clean the surface with an alcohol wipe before use. Stick on the interface to the surface by placing it on the surface and pressing down firmly for at least 30 seconds. The adhesive mount cannot be re-used, so make sure to position the adapter carefully.

    • Shipping:

      We deliver our goods to all destinantions in Australia. Usually the goods are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You will be informed by an e-mail about delays.  If the delivery to the address given is not received, you have to pay for unsuccessful delivery.

      We currently do not ship to New Zealand or the Pacific Islands.

      Important:
      Provide an address to where you are certain, that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence.

      Returns:

      If you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back, that is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:
      • complete (including all parts)
      • unused
      • undamaged
      Of course you can try out the items - just like you are allowed to in any store - without reducing your right to return the goods.
