Which mount is right for you?
Our mounts are specially designed for the different needs of cyclists. For road bike enthusiasts, we recommend a front-facing out-front mount like the Handlebar Mount or Handlebar Mount Pro. If you want to save additional weight, the Aero Mount Pro weighing only 5 grams is the perfect solution for you! On a mountain bike or gravel bike, you are perfectly equipped for off-road terrain with the Handlebar Mount Pro MTB (incl. shock-absorbing head) or the Stem Mount Pro. Our solid all-rounder, the Universal Bike Mount, is also suitable for a wide range of bike configurations.

Shipping:
We deliver our goods to all destinations in Australia. Usually the goods are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You will be informed by an e-mail about delays. If the delivery to the address given is not received, you have to pay for unsuccessful delivery.
We currently do not ship to New Zealand or the Pacific Islands.
Important:
Provide an address to where you are certain, that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back, that is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:

Survived a Wreck
I got hit by a car today and not only did my phone stay in the mount the entire time, but my phone screen was perfectly fine. 10/10
Absolutely amazing! Have 6 Quadlocks--I like this better! Magsafe works... EVERYWHERE!
I have been a devout Quadlock customer since their first cases. They always hold well (solid as a rock), but I never liked the case itself. It was bulky, the cutout would snag on my pants pocket, the bottom power cutout was sharp and would cut into my finger when holding it, and it was just... ****. So, I would use my regular "business attire" case for normal use, and then dig the phone out of the classy case to put it in the utility Quadlock case when I hit the road. I did this for years. Tedious. Once I switched to the Magsafe wireless charging system and outfitted my house and cars with pre-wired powered Magsafe chargers, I could never use a Quadlock case--it would never charge. I was going to upgrade my Garmin 510, but only the 1040 had all the features and screen size I wanted--and it was over $500. I revisited the iPhone apps (I have a $1,200 iPhone 14 Pro--surely there would be a comparable app) and I found one--Cadence (amazing, super customizable, and keeps the screen on while cycling). But I didn't want to keep switching cases, and the cheap rubber-band cases that I could use with my existing case would accidentally touch my screen and change the screen. Then I found SP Connect. It looked ok, the reviews were good, it had MagSafe (a big plus--if it actually worked), and it had an included adapter underneath to hold either my GoPro camera, or a light with a GoPro connection. So I picked up the SPC+ case and the road up-front mount. I tried to find it on Amazon for next day delivery, but the case was a few dollars more, and the mount was $11 more than direct from their store. So, I ordered direct--but also picked up a 20% off Easter coupon. I ordered on Friday, it said it would be a Thursday-Saturday delivery. But it arrived today--Monday! Shocked it was so quick. The first thing I did was to see if it was truly MagSafe compatible. I tried it on my stands, plus my non-MagSafe stand, and finally on my car MagSafe charging mounts. It worked on everything! Wow... I was surprised. The mount was easy to install (including swapping in the GoPro adaptor) and it was easy to snap in and out--and it was SECURE. And to top it all off, the case looked GREAT. My prior clear with graphic MagSafe looked great, but my wife liked this one even better. And, the bottom cutout did not cut into my finger. It also had a soft rubber-grip feel. Combine this with the great packaging presentation on the out and inside, and you have the absolutely PERFECT product. Now, with this amazing case/mount combination, I have re-claimed my space. A cell phone that sits out of the way, with an incredible App (Cadence), a mount that holds the light out of the way, and no need for my Garmin--everything is streamlined. Kudos to the product manager, the engineers, and marketing (and the super fast shipping)--the team got everything right. Now, time to ride!
