SP United offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases*.
If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number if you wish to exercise the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns Policy:
So you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back?
That is entirely possible with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if the item/s is/are:
- in the original packaging
- unused
- undamaged
- resell-able condition
Trying out the product can lead to the item/s being in a “used” state and possibly returning them to us in an unsellable condition. In such a case you have to compensate for the loss of value - which in turn means: we can't reimburse you for the full purchase price. This also applies if you don't send the items back at all or send them back partially. You can avoid the liability of compensating for the ‘loss of value’ if you don't use the item/s and refrain from anything that affects the value before you decide that you wish to return them.
To arrange a return please submit a request form with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you with details on where to send the returned item/s. Unfortunately SP United will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy:
Once we have received your item/s and inspected them, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.
